Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email us at support@wozely.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
